  In 1974, the mummified body of Egyptian Pharaoh Ramesses II was sent on a flight to Paris for preservation and maintenance work. Since French law required every person, living or dead, to fly with a valid passport, Egypt had to issue a passport to the Pharaoh, 3,000 years after his death. It's true that Pharaoh Ramesses II was required to have a passport 3,000 years after his death. The mummy was transported to Paris for restoration and he was issued a valid Egyptian passport.   During the 1990s, North Korea leader Kim Jong-ll, and his son and future leader Kim Jong-Un, used fake Brazilian passports to travel to Disneyland. In the 1970s, North Korea ordered 1,000 Volvo cars from Sweden, as a response to its emerging economy. The cars were shipped and delivered but North Korea just didn't bother paying and ignored the invoice. To this day, the bill remains unpaid, making it the largest car theft in history.

Each life-size clay warrior was crafted to be completely unique and there are no two terracotta warriors-among the 8,000 total—that are exactly the same. Shortly after the completion of the tomb in 210-209 BC, it was looted for weapons and burned, causing the roof to collapse, crushing the terracotta warriors. All the other terracotta warriors that are currently on display were painstakingly restored. What's even more remarkable is that the terracotta warriors were originally painted in bright colors by skilled artisans.
