6 WAYS TO DETOX YOUR MIND:
I believe that mental health is just as important as physical health, and detoxifying your mind is essential for maintaining good mental health and well-being. I will discuss six ways you can detox your mind and improve your overall mental health.
1. Start Unfollowing Unfollow people who do not make you feel inspired, informed, or empowered. Instead, start following and hanging out with like-minded people who help you: • Learn New Things • Feel Happy & Motivated • Get Better Advice • Defeat Arrogance in You
2. Start Writing Writing is a way to bring your thoughts into the real world. Try setting a timer of 30 minutes and start writing everything that is bothering you. Writing helps you: - Communicate Clearly - Gain Awareness of Reality - Make better decisions
3. Practice Meditation Meditation is to the mind what exercise is to the body. Just doing 15 minutes of meditation every day will help you: - Reduce Stress - Control Anxiety - Strong Memory - Improve Sleep - Fight Addictions
4. Focus on The Big Picture Don't lose your motivation by focusing on short-term goals. Write down a list of your long-term goals. Keep it in your mind as you're cycling through your day-to-day tasks. It's easy to get caught up in the minute details when you forget why.
