HAVING FAITH IN GOD

God isn't always going to give you want you want straight away, you can pray to him then get mad that you haven't received a blessing. God knows what's best for us, well so I thought. so if you are praying for something and you not receiving it don't get mad please, well you could cry. after that think to yourself do I really need it? does it glorify God? he hears our prayers trust me and I know his timing is always right maybe it isn't time yet. Dwell on his word and his path and not on your own understanding. Have faith in what you prayed for and you will receive. only if God approves. You have to trust him, it is going to be hard to dwell in him for everything you need.

Takes these verses and memorizes them.

  1. Matthew 17.20
  2. Hebrew 11,1
  3. psalms 46.10

I love the Japanese and Chinese culture a lot of times I read about them and of course, see some of their movies, I found some powerful tool for self-growth and development that comes to us from the ancient traditions of Japanese Zen.

Oh sorry, Zen is a philosophy and practice that emphasizes mindfulness, simplicity, and a deep connection to the present moment. In our fast-paced and often chaotic world, it can be all too easy to lose sight of these important values and become disconnected from our true selves. so by incorporating some of the principles of Zen into our daily lives, we can cultivate greater awareness, clarity, and focus. there are some practical Japanese Zen things that you can do to promote self-growth and development. Fyi I haven't tried them but I think they will be helpful, so Let's take a deep breath, clear our minds, and dive into these ancient teachings together.

At the heart of Zen is the concept of "satori," or sudden enlightenment. This is a state of profound insight and understanding that can be achieved through rigorous practice and discipline. It is said that when one achieves satori, they gain a deep sense of clarity and inner peace that can transform their entire outlook on life.

One of the most powerful tools for achieving satori and cultivating greater self-growth and development is,

  1. Meditation.
  2. Let go of comparison
  3. let go of competition.
  4. let go of fear.
  5. let go of Blame.
  6. let go of Regrets.
  7. let go of Judgements.
  8. Let go of worrying.
  9. freeing yourselves from the clutter and noise of modern life.
  10. letting go of attachment and desire.
  11. Be positive.
In this way, the ancient teachings of Zen offer us a powerful framework for self-growth and development, helping us to become more fully present, more deeply connected, and more at peace with ourselves and the world around us. By embracing these teachings and incorporating them into our daily lives, we can unlock the transformative power of Zen and discover the limitless potential within ourselves.

Are you there? oh yes, Good. now we've explored a range of powerful teachings and practices that can help us to achieve greater self-growth, development, and fulfillment. From the power of affirmations and positive self-talk to the importance of letting go of attachment and cultivating a sense of presence and awareness and all. So let's commit to incorporating these powerful practices into our daily lives, taking small steps each day to build our faith in ourselves, cultivate mindfulness and simplicity, and foster greater compassion and empathy towards others. With patience, perseverance, and a willingness to learn and grow, we can unlock the full potential of our minds and achieve greatness beyond our wildest dreams.

Remember, the journey toward self-growth and development is a lifelong process, and there will be times when we stumble or fall. But with the right mindset, the right tools, and the right support, we can overcome any obstacle and achieve our wildest dreams. So let's embrace the teachings of Zen and the power of self-motivation, and let's start living the life that we were truly meant to live.

STAY STRONG, NO MATTER WHAT LIFE THROWS AT YOU.

HEALING ALSO MEANS, TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ROLE YOU PLAY, IN YOUR OWN SUFFERING
